Registrácia

Súťaže sa môže zúčastniť každý pilot, ktorý spĺňa tieto podmienky:

platný pilotný preukaz skupiny "B", Prípadne platnú FAI licenciu.

zaplatenie štartovného.
preukázanie sa o zaplatení: členský poplatok LAA na príslušný rok. Platí len pre pilotov zo SR.
preukaz o letovej spôsobilosti športového zariadenia - padáku (techničák). U zahraničných pretekárov prehlásenie o certifikácii padáku niektorou z autorizovaných skúšobní (napr: DHV,CEN, HGMA, FFVL, BHPA).
poistenie proti voči škodám spôsobené prevádzkou lietajúcich zariadení tretím osobám.

Pravidlá PerfectFly CUP

General briefing

Na general briefingu musí byť uzatvorená a vyvesená štartovacia listina. Musí byť zvolená komisia pilotov a športová komisia pretekov.

Task briefing

Uskutočňuje sa na mieste štartu za účasti všetkých pilotov. Všetky údaje, špecifikované na tomto briefingu, musia byť vyvesené na informačnej tabuli.

Informačná tabuľa obsahuje:

Dátum, názov preteku, reklamnú plochu pre sponzorov (ak sú).
Typ úlohy, dĺžka trate, minimálna vzdialenosť, GPS koordináty a popis OB, popis cieľa, čas otvorenia a zatvorenia okna, čas odovzdania reportov.
Predpoveď počasia.
Bezpečnostné frekvencie, telefónne čísla organizácie a záchranky, spôsob zrušenia kola, príp. závodu.

Pripomienka - sťažnosť, protest

Pripomienka – pripomienka - sťažnosť je žiadosť na prejednanie podaná riadiacemu lietania (meet director) písomne alebo ústne, najneskôr jednu hodinu po zverejnení predbežných výsledkov. Ak vysvetlenie nie je uspokojujúce, môže pilot podať pripomienku - sťažnosť písomne do zverejnenia oficiálnych výsledkov. Proti zjavným počtovým chybám netreba podávať písomnú pripomienku, stačí ústna žiadosť o nápravu.

Protest môže podať iba súťažiaci pretekár, riadiacemu lietania prípadne ním určenému zástupcovi (spravidla hl .organizátor) s poplatkom 1000 SK, najneskôr hodinu po zverejnení oficiálnych výsledkov. Komisár prípadne ním určený zástupca (spravidla hl. organizátor) ústne podá verejne vyjadrenie športovej komisii preteku k protestujúcej strane na najbližšom nasledujúcom briefingu no najneskôr do 24hodín od podania protestu. Ak je protest uznaný, poplatok je vrátený. V opačnom prípade prepadá v prospech usporiadateľa.

Športová komisia preteku

Športová komisia preteku posudzuje protesty podané počas súťaže pretekármi. Komisia pozostávajúca z 3 až 5 členov zložená spravidla z komisie pilotov, riaditeľa pretekov, hl. organizátora a športového komisára. Výber členov športovej komisie určuje a zverejní riadiaci lietania na požiadanie ktoréhokoľvek súťažiaceho.

Komisia pilotov

Určuje úlohy na každý deň preteku a je zložená z 3 až 5 súťažiacich pilotov.

Výbava pilota (povinná)

Každý pilot musí mať prilbu a certifikovaný záložný padák.

Bezpečnosť letu pri úlohe

Pilot je povinný dodržiavať nariadenia a smernice LAA pre športové podujatia.

Poškodenie padáka

V prípade poškodenia alebo straty padáka, smie pilot vymeniť padák za iný, s ekvivalentnou veľkosťou a výkonom, avšak s vedomím riadiaceho lietania.

Zdravotný stav

Pilot nesmie lietať ak nie je zdravý. Každý liek alebo medikament, ktorý užíva pretekár počas preteku, musí oznámiť. Alkohol a drogy sú zakázané.

Balast

Ako balast môže byť použitý jemný piesok alebo voda. Balast nesmie byť vyhadzovaný, iba vypúšťaný. Celkový balast, zahrňujúci kompletnú výstroj a výzbroj vrátane padáka, nesmie presiahnuť 33 kg. Váha pilota zahŕňa iba tričko, nohavice, tenisky.

Vysielačky

Vysielačky môžu byť používané iba z dôvodu bezpečnosti, to znamená ohlásenie nehody alebo zrušenie disciplíny.

GPS

Akceptované budú iba GPS so záznamom výšky
Prosíme závodníkov aby si vo vlastnom záujme priniesli KÁBEL a SOFTWARE ku GPS.

Registration
Competition can be entered by pilots who fulfil the following requirements:

Valid pilot’s licence type “B”, or valid FAI licence
Paid competition fee. Proof of payment: LAA membership fee for the proper year (applies only to the pilots from SR)
Technical certificate for the flying device – paraglider. Competitors from other countries – proof of certification of the paraglider by one of the authorized testing companies (e.g. DHV, CEN, HGMA, FFVL, BHPA).
Third party insurance for the damages caused by using the flying device, insurance for mountain rescue service.
Competitors from other countries – third party insurance for the damages caused by the flying device and isurance for medical expenses.

General briefng

At the general briefing the list of competitors must be closed and placed on the information board. Commission of pilots and Sport commission must be selected.

Task briefing

Information board contains:

Date, Name of the Competition, advertisement place for the sponsors (if there are any).
Date, Name of the Competition, advertisement place for the sponsors (if there are any).
Weather forecast.
Safety frequencies, phone numbers of the competition organizers and emergency service, the way of task cancellation, the way of of task cancellation, the way of cancellation of the whole competition.

Comment, Complaint, Protest

Comment or Complaint – have to be addressed to the director of flying (meet director) verbally or in writing, at the latest one hour after the preliminary results were presented. If the explanation is not satisfactory, the pilot can give a written complaint before the official results are presented. With regard to the obvious mathematical mistakes there is no need to give a written comment, an verbal request for the correction is satisfactory.

Protest can be given only by a competitor to the director of flying (or by him appointed delegate – usually the main organizer) with the fee of 50 Eur, at the latest one hour after the presentation of the official results. Competition director (or by him appointed delegate – usually the main organizer) will verbally present the decision of the sport commission with regard to the protest during the next briefing, but at the latest 24 hours from the time when the protest was given. If the protest is validated, the fee is returned; if not the fee is credited to the organizer.
Sport commission of the competition.
Sport commission of the competition examines the protests given by the competitors during the competition. The sport commission has 5-7 members and it consists of the task committee, competition director and main organizer.

Task committee

Prepares and defines the tasks for every day of the competition and consists of 3-5 competing pilots.
Pilot’s equipment (required)
Every pilot must have a helmet and a certified reserve parachute.

Safety during flying

Every pilot must follow the regulations of the LAA for sport events

Problems with the paraglider

If the paraglider is damaged, lost or stolen, the pilot can replace it with another paraglider with the equivalent size and performance level, but the director of flying must be informed about the change before it is used.

Health

The pilot is not allowed to fly if he/she is not well. Every medication that is used during the competition by the pilot must be reported to director of flying. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.

Balast

Only water or thin sand can be used as balast. Balast cannot be thrown away in one piece but must be slowly released. The total weight of balast, complete equipment including the glider, cannot be more than 33kg. The weight of the pilot includes only a t-shirt, trousers, sport shoes.

Radiotransmitters
Radios can be used only for safety reasons – accident notification or task cancellation

GPS
Only GPS with the altitude recording will be accepted. In your own interest, we kindly request, bring the connection cable and software for your GPS.
